Due to the nature of Natural Wellness and Organic Skincare products, we are unable to accept returned products that have been used or opened. If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied and have not opened or used the product, please get in contact within 30 days, we will happily work with you to find a solution

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
